Hey Founders!
What's the smallest thing you've celebrated at work lately?
And do you have a photo from before you knew what you were doing?
Both could be your next TikTok. Pick a trend below, film it, and reply with the link. I want to see what you make!

This Week's Quick Take
Keep the messy first version. It makes the finished product more interesting, and someday that photo you almost deleted could be your best before-and-after.

Trend 1 — The First In My Bloodline Trend
We're making family history over here!
Did you do something wildly ordinary today? Congratulations, your ancestors could never.
Film one clip of yourself and add:
[First person in my bloodline to ___]
The example says "first person in my bloodline to roast a chicken with tan lines." That's the level of achievement we're talking about hehe.
You can film this solo in about 3 minutes. There's no single required sound for this format.
Why it Works For You:
This one's for founders who have a very strange definition of a normal workday.
The grand announcement makes a tiny accomplishment funny. Keep it small enough that people can picture themselves doing it.
Here are some ideas:
First person in my bloodline to send an invoice from the grocery store
First person in my bloodline to argue with an AI about a button color
First person in my bloodline to turn the guest room into a fulfillment center
First person in my bloodline to celebrate someone opening an email

Trend 2 — The Loading Trend
Okay, show us the first attempt.
How many versions did your product go through before you'd let anyone buy it?
Use the sound from the example and put [0%] over the earliest version. Increase the percentage with each cut, ending at [100%] over the finished result.
Existing photos work! Give yourself about 10 minutes to put them together.
Why it Works For You:
This is great for a founder with something visual to show, especially a physical product.
The percentages give people a reason to wait for the reveal. Make the difference obvious, and hold the finished version long enough for us to actually see it.
Here are a few ideas:
[First kitchen batch → the product on a store shelf]
[Sketch on paper → working app]
[Empty room → your shop on opening day]
[Handwritten labels → packaging you'd give as a gift]
If the product still looks basically the same, choose a different transformation. We shouldn't need a caption explaining what changed.

Trend 3 — The We Were So Happy That Day Trend
Famous last words: "This should be pretty straightforward."
Got a cheerful team clip from before a project got complicated?
Add the Real Housewives sound from the example. It starts with "we were all so happy that day" before warning how terrible things would get.
On-screen text:
[When ___]
Use an old clip or film yourself looking very pleased. Solo or with your team, this takes about 3 minutes.
Why it Works For You:
This one's for anyone who's underestimated a task. So... most founders.
The happy face and ominous audio do the work together. Keep the text about the optimistic moment so the sound gets to deliver the warning.
Here are some ideas:
When we decided to switch CRMs over the weekend
When I said we could pack the launch orders ourselves
When the client asked for one tiny website change
When we decided to build our own payment system
Keep it about a harmless headache. Nobody wants to buy from a company that jokes about losing their order.
